The best way to clean your stroller is to start by brushing off all of the loose - any leaves, spider webs, Cheerios, all the random stuff that get stuck in there. If it's really messy you should take it out in your back yard, hose it down if you need to. Potentially you could put it in your bath tub if you don't have a yard or a garden hose. Some stroller manufacturers will allow you to disassemble some of the fabric and throw it in the washing machine. I would almost never recommend putting anything in the dryer, you will have really hard time reassembling the stroller, to get all the pieces back together. There's a lot of different nooks and crannies if you want to move things around getting all the joints, you could use Q-tips at home. And then polish the wheels, there is lots of green Eco-friendly wheel polishes. You can get the same polish you would use on a car tire if you want those tires to look sparkly especially if you are trying to resell your stroller. If you need a more professional cleaning you want to make sure it's safe for your new born. You can check out CleanBeeBaby or any other professional cleaning service to steam clean your item for you, make sure it's safe for your new baby.
